The views were stunning, especially from the balcony. We explored the waterfront and checked out the nearby shopping district, which had fantastic restaurants. The shuttle to the train station made it super easy to get around. Definitely a great spot for a fun group getaway!
Our experience wasn’t perfect, as there was a lot of noise from a cruise ship nearby. It made it tough to relax, especially at night when we wanted peace and quiet.

Good vibes and great views
Had a comfy stay for 2 nights. The room was clean and had this cool view of the Ferris wheel! The breakfast buffet was solid but they really should add an egg station. One night we walked by the smoking room on the 4th floor and it was packed with smokes, felt a bit too crowded in there.

The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the harbor, which made our stay super enjoyable. We loved relaxing at the sauna and soaking in the outdoor hot tub, perfect after a long day. On the downside, the drink machine was out of stock in the morning, but it didn't ruin our great experience. 😊

During my stay, I enjoyed the fine harbor view from my Executive room. The location made exploring the waterfront easy, and the complimentary shuttle was a great addition. One room felt a bit outdated compared to the other. A pleasant experience! I’d recommend it.

Couples seeking waterfront bliss
The view from our room was fine. We enjoyed the mountain view and Kobe city from our balcony, which was an unexpected treat. It was peaceful being at the end of the dock, far from the hustle and bustle. On top of that, breakfast was a feast, with the best Japanese and Western options combined, it's like waking up to a little piece of heaven!

Spectacular Views and Convenient Location
Enjoyed a wonderful morning by sipping coffee on the balcony while admiring the vibrant harbor views. The pool area has limited hours, so plan accordingly. A great bonus is the complimentary shuttle to Sannomiya Station, making exploring the city effortless. Don’t miss the nearby dining options!
